Great filter - Amazon's application list is wrong though. Jul 12, 2008

Great high quality filter, what more is there to say. K&N always delivers top notch items.(although this one is imported from Germany - which is likely a Mann brand filter - still the best)
Now the problem. Amazon says this part HP-7004 will not fit a Chrysler Crossfire SRT6 (also for NA engine)....wrong, this is the correct item and confirmed with K&N.

I have a 1998 Mercedes E320 4Matic, recommended oil change interval is 10,000 miles, but system auto flags when it is required. Using the K&N filter and european standard amsoil my car went beyond 12,000 miles before the system flagged up that change was necessary, total mileage covered was approx 14,000 when I did the oil change and system still flagged 300 miles to go before it was required. Will continue to use this product in my Mercedes.

First time I change the filter on my C300, bought new 9 months ago. Fits the C300 perfectly, actually it fits better than the original filter. There are better manufacturing details than the original which looks a bit flimpsy when compared to the K&N filter. I may try Mann next time because you could usually get Mann for a little less but it looks exactly like the K&N.
